How It Works

  • Step 1

    Upload your photo, choose size, provide direction (2-5 minutes)

  • Step 2:

    Tasia starts your custom painting. (10-14 days)

  • Step 3:

    While the paint is wet, you’ll receive a photo of your painting for review. (1-5 days)

  • Step 4:

    The painting is prepared for delivery then shipped to you for display. (5-10 days)

Get Started

Step 1 - Get in touch and give details:

  • Email me at TASIAKVALLIANT@GMAIL.COM with:

  • A photo you want me to paint.

  • Pick a canvas size from my options.

  • Let me know if you want the painting shiny (varnished).

  • Tell me where you want me to send the painting or if you'll come pick it up.

Step 2 - Approve and pay:

  • I'll reply with approval and you can either:

  • Pay 50% of the total cost OR pay the full cost.

Step 3 - Get your painting:

  • I'll paint your picture and send you a photo of it almost finished.

  • You can make small changes if needed or tell me you're happy with it.

  • Pay the rest of the cost and shipping fee.

  • You can either come pick up the painting or give me your address to send it to.

  • Use a clear photo that’s not blurry when zoomed in.

  • Take the photo in natural sunlight.

Recommended guidelines for the client's photo:

  • Use a high-quality image that is not blurry when zoomed in.

  • Photograph the subject in natural sunlight as artificial light may create harsh shadows and dull colors.

  • Avoid a big smile as it can make the subject appear frozen in time. 

  1. Email me at tasiakvalliant@gmail.com with a high-resolution photo of what you want me to paint, along with the canvas size you have in mind.

  2. Give me all the details! Let me know what specific requests or colour schemes you'd like me to include - this is your painting, and I want to make sure it's exactly what you have in mind.

  3. To achieve the best results, it's recommended that you keep the following in mind: a. It's recommended that the subject of the painting avoids a big smile as it can make them appear frozen in time. b. Photograph the subject in natural sunlight as artificial light may create harsh shadows and dull colors. c. Use a high-quality image that is not blurry when zoomed in. However, if you're not able to follow these recommendations, don't worry! I'm willing to work with what you have to create a beautiful painting.

  4. If you prefer, we can set up an appointment for me to come and take my own photographs of the subject to ensure the best possible image quality. Alternatively, you can submit your own high-quality photographs.

  5. Within a week, I'll create a digital version of your painting, and we'll work together to make it perfect. We'll collaborate until it's exactly what you're looking for and you're ready to move forward.

  6. Once you've approved the sketch, I'll ask for a 40% downpayment before starting on the painting itself.

  7. I'll send you progress pictures along the way so you can watch your vision come to life in real time!

  8. If you want any tweaks or changes along the way, just let me know. I want your painting to be absolutely perfect.

  9. Please note that framing isn't included in my services - but that just gives you the chance to add your own personal touch to the finished piece!

  10. When your custom painting is complete, I'll send you a second invoice for the remaining 60% and any shipping costs.

  11. And then, voila! You'll have a beautiful, unique piece of art that was made just for you. I'm so excited to work with you and create something that you'll treasure forever. Let's make some art!
